MIMS in MedTech32 is updated monthly - 4
times per year (February, May, August, November) on DVD
sent directly to the practice, 8 times per year as a web mini-update.
The DVD-based updates are essential for keeping your prescribing
module working; the Internet-based updates can be accessed
at the user's discretion.
Users can join an email list to be alerted
when updates become available by sending an email to email@example.com.
Disclosure statement: In order to audit
the use of MIMS Integrated (MedTech32) and to ensure that
all practices are using up-to-date prescribing data,MIMS receives
a MedTech32 acknowledgement file from each registered practice
indicating that the update has been completed. No prescribing
information is captured by the MIMS database. A sample of
this file can be forwarded to the practice for inspection
